Widowhood Coaching

Sometimes even in the deepest grief, crucial decisions can't wait—
find gentle guidance that honors both your pain and the practical realities

Loss Changes Everything

Losing your spouse is grief beyond words—and in the middle of that pain, you're facing financial and legal decisions you may have never handled before and never wanted to face alone. How are the kids handling everything? Do I even have enough income to pay my bills? What happens to the house? How do I access accounts that were in their name? What about Social Security survivor benefits, life insurance, estate settlement? The practical demands are relentless when all you want is space to grieve.

Beyond the financial chaos, you're navigating profound emotional and spiritual questions. How do I process my loss with God? Where is He in my pain? How do I rebuild an identity when half of me is gone? What does life even look like now—the routines, the loneliness, the simple fact of managing everything alone? You're trying to figure out who you are as an individual after years or decades of being "we."

You don't have to walk through this alone. The weight of grief and loneliness is enough without also carrying the burden of decisions you've never had or wanted to make. Coaching offers gentle guidance through both the spiritual questions and the practical chaos—helping you take necessary steps without rushing your grief, and walking with you as you learn to live in a reality you never wanted.

Where do you sense His presence, and where does He feel absent? What does your daily routine look like now, and what support system do you have in place?
